How Sambrano Roofing & Exterior LLC collects, uses, and protects information from website visitors, leads, and customers.
Last updated: August 2026
Sambrano Roofing & Exterior LLC ("Sambrano Roofing," "we," "us," or "our") is a licensed roofing contractor (Arizona ROC #367370, CR-42 Roofing) serving Tucson, Arizona and the surrounding areas. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through our website at sambranoroofing.com and through our normal business operations, how we use and share it, and the choices available to you. This policy describes our actual current practices — where something is planned for the future but not active yet, we say so explicitly.
Sambrano Roofing & Exterior LLC is a Tucson, Arizona-based roofing contractor, licensed with the Arizona Registrar of Contractors (ROC #367370, CR-42 Roofing). You can reach us by phone at (520) 554-1292 or by email at info@sambranoroofing.com.
Our website's estimate request form requires only your first name and phone number. Everything else on the form — your last name, email address, property address, the roofing service you're interested in, and any additional project details — is optional, and we collect whatever of that information you choose to provide. Our estimate form is periodically updated, and the specific fields requested may change over time. Submissions are processed through Netlify Forms (a feature of our website hosting provider, Netlify) — see Section 9 and Section 8 for how that works.
If you contact us directly by phone or email instead of (or in addition to) using the website form, we receive whatever information you choose to share with us during that conversation or in your message — which may include your name, contact details, property or project information, and photos you send us.
If you become a customer, we document the work we perform — which can include property and roof photographs or video, project notes, measurements, and similar job-related records. This documentation is created and used for estimating, project management, quality control, warranty reference, and other legitimate business record-keeping purposes. Creating this documentation is not the same as publishing it. See Section 10 for how we handle public marketing use of project media.
We reviewed our website's actual code to determine what happens automatically when you visit. As of this policy's last update:
Note on Google Search Console: We use Google Search Console to see how our website performs in Google Search (for example, which search terms lead to our site). Search Console reports on Google's own search data about our site — it is a different tool from Google Analytics and does not install tracking code on our website or collect visitor-level browsing data through our site.
We use the information described above to:
We do not currently send marketing or promotional emails. We may begin email marketing in the future. When we do, any marketing email we send will identify us clearly, use accurate subject lines, include a valid postal address as required by the CAN-SPAM Act, and include a working unsubscribe mechanism that we honor promptly. If and when we introduce email marketing, we will update this policy and, where appropriate, add a clear opt-in option to our website rather than adding anyone to a marketing list without notice.
We do not currently send marketing text messages. If we decide to offer SMS marketing in the future, it will be implemented with its own separate consent process, since text-message marketing is subject to additional legal requirements beyond email marketing.
We reviewed our website's code specifically for advertising and tracking technologies. None of the following are currently installed on our website: Google Ads conversion tracking, Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Pixel, TikTok Pixel, or any other advertising or analytics tracking tag.
We may use Google Ads, Meta/Facebook, Instagram, and/or TikTok for advertising in the future. If we implement conversion tracking or pixel technology from these or other platforms, we will update this Privacy Policy to accurately describe what is installed, what information it processes, and how it can be controlled, before or at the time it goes live.
We do not currently use cookies for analytics, advertising, or tracking purposes. The only cookie-adjacent activity our technical review identified comes from the third-party Google services described in Section 3 (Google Fonts and the Google Maps embed), which operate under Google's own privacy practices rather than any cookie we set ourselves. Because we do not currently operate our own non-essential cookies, we have not created a separate Cookie Policy — this section will be expanded, and a separate Cookie Policy will be created if that becomes necessary, if we add analytics, advertising pixels, or similar tracking technology in the future.
Our estimate form uses a hidden honeypot field and Netlify's built-in form spam filtering to reduce spam submissions, rather than a visible CAPTCHA challenge. We do not currently use Google reCAPTCHA, hCaptcha, Cloudflare Turnstile, or any other third-party CAPTCHA service. If we add one in the future, we will disclose which service is used and link to that provider's privacy terms here.
We do not sell or trade your personal information. We share information only as reasonably necessary to run our roofing business and complete your project, including with:
Each of these parties only receives the information reasonably necessary for the purpose described above.
We may photograph or document roofing projects, including property and roof photos, before/after images, and video. Documenting a project internally is different from publishing it publicly. Submitting an estimate request, or hiring us to perform work, does not by itself grant Sambrano Roofing the right to publicly publish your name, property photos, address, project details, or a testimonial in marketing materials, on our website, or on social media.
Where we would like to use identifiable customer or project media publicly (for example, in a project gallery or advertisement), the appropriate practice is to obtain separate, specific permission from the customer for that public use, rather than treating a contract or estimate request as automatic authorization. We recommend Sambrano Roofing formalize a simple written photo/video release process for any future public use of identifiable customer or property media — this is flagged here as a business process to establish, and is not itself something this website currently implements.
We take reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational steps intended to protect the information we hold, consistent with general small-business data security guidance published by the Federal Trade Commission — including limiting who has access to information, using reasonable account and access controls, and disposing of information appropriately when it's no longer needed. No method of storage or transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute or perfect security.
We do not currently have a single fixed retention period that applies to all information. In general, we retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose it was collected, including legitimate business operations, contractual obligations, tax and accounting requirements, warranty and recordkeeping needs, dispute resolution, and security purposes. How long a particular piece of information is kept can vary depending on its type and purpose — for example, records tied to a completed project are typically retained longer than an inquiry that never became a job. We are in the process of establishing a more specific internal retention schedule for different categories of business records.
If you have questions about the information we have connected to you, would like to correct it, or would like to ask us to delete information we no longer need to keep, contact us at info@sambranoroofing.com. We will respond to reasonable requests in good faith; please note that some information (such as records tied to a completed project) may need to be retained for legal, tax, accounting, or warranty purposes even after a deletion request.
Our website is intended for general audiences interested in roofing services and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us at info@sambranoroofing.com and we will address it.
Arizona law (A.R.S. § 18-552) requires businesses that experience a breach of certain computerized personal information to notify affected individuals, and in larger incidents, the Arizona Attorney General and major consumer reporting agencies, generally within 45 days of determining that a breach has occurred, subject to the law's specific definitions and exceptions. In the event of a security incident affecting your information, we will evaluate our obligations under applicable law and provide notification as required.
Some state privacy laws (such as the California Consumer Privacy Act) apply only to businesses that meet certain size or data-volume thresholds — for example, the CCPA generally applies to for-profit businesses with over $25 million (inflation-adjusted) in annual revenue, that handle personal information of 100,000 or more consumers/households per year, or that derive most of their revenue from selling personal information. Based on our current size and operations, we do not believe these thresholds currently apply to Sambrano Roofing. If our business grows or our data practices change such that a law like this becomes applicable, we will update this policy accordingly.
Our website may link to third-party websites, including our Google Business Profile, social media pages, and the official Arizona Registrar of Contractors website. We don't control those websites and this Privacy Policy doesn't apply to them — please review their own privacy policies.
We may update this Privacy Policy as our business or website practices change — particularly as we implement technologies described here as "future" items. We'll update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page when we do. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
